Heritage Hotels Ltd is proud to announce more staff changes to start 2010.
Ms. Margaret Wachira has joined Heritage Hotels as the Group Human Resource Manager.
Margaret brings a wealth of experience in HR, having worked with the National Museum for two years and a combined seven years with BP Shell and Brent Council in the UK after her Masters. She worked for a year in the hospitality industry with the Karen Country Club, where she introduced wide ranging HR policies, and lately with Equity Bank, where she was involved in getting the Oracle HRIS established and improving Performance Management and Employee Relations.
She holds a BA Psychology from USIU, and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
Margaret has a passion for training, traveling, meeting and connecting with new people, singing and composing music. We know she will love singing with the Animation Team at Voyager!
